Privacy policy
Grimandi Services ("we") is based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through grimandiservices.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Audit requests: your name, company, email, business phone, website, service area and fleet size, when you fill in the Missed-Call Audit form.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Basic technical data: our website host may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To run your Missed-Call Audit, send you the report, and follow up about it.
- To answer your questions and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- To send you tips and offers, only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe from any message or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and form host, email provider and scheduling tool, and only as much as they need. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, where it is subject to local law.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as they're useful for following up, and no longer than two years unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, by emailing hello@grimandiservices.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Homeowner calls and messages
When we run marketing for an HVAC company, homeowners who call or message are told calls may be recorded. Those recordings and details are used only to book and confirm the homeowner's appointment and to verify the work we bill our client for. They are shared with that HVAC company and not sold.
